Ch. La Coste "Les Pentes Douces Blanc" eleven eleven unctuous and longTasting Notes: Rich, complex and powerful nose. Aroma of candied fruit, white fruit and hints of lemon. A spicy and floral side, some slightly roasted notes. Round, smooth suave and fresh on the palate with a finish of the wonderful citrus notes of Vermentino. Vegan Vinification Cellar time: Hand picked grapes. Must fermented in barrels and stainless steel vats and matured on fine lees in single wine oak barrels 5 6 months with stirring of the lees.
